Real Estate Photography and Video Pricing and Services

Photography pricing starts at $150 and goes up from there. This includes the photo shoot itself, and also includes professional editing and post processing of the photos using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, and various High Dynamic Range and RAW editing applications.

12 Photos for $150
Ideal photography package for small condos, townhouses, or apartment rentals. Appropriate for those “cozy” homes where the property doesn’t have much of a yard, or doesn’t have particular views, but you want the home to look as beautiful as possible.

20 Photos for $200
This is our base package and is the most popular. Most homes will do better with fewer total shots, but where the quality of those shots are higher. Your listing will get MORE views in the MLS or on Zillow with 20 GREAT photos than it will with 50 lousy photos. It is better to have QUALITY than sheer quantity.

30 Photos for $300 
While we feel that most houses will only need our least expensive photography package, some houses here in Marin County are truly spectacular, and you just can’t tell the whole story without more photographs. For those truly inspiring homes, we offer a 30 photographs package for $300.

Each Additional Photo over 30 Photos is $9.50 per photo

Add On Photography Services:

Aerial / Drone Still Photos: 3 Photos for  $125
We will take 3 Aerial / Drone Photos of the property, or the immediate adjacent area. We feel that 3 aerial photos is a probably the perfect amount of photos and that you should only opt for more aerial photos if the property is particularly large. Please note that we must be mindful of the neighbors’ expected privacy rights and also please understand that aerial / drone photos are best suited for homes that have a lot of wide open property.

Aerial / Drone Still Photos: 5 to 7 Photos for  $200
We will take between 5 to 7 Aerial / Drone Photos of the property, or the immediate adjacent area. This is the best option if the property is particularly large, or if you want to show off the location of the property in the surrounding community (like how close the property might be to beaches, The Bay, Parks, or other community attractions). Please note that we must be mindful of the neighbors’ expected privacy rights and also please understand that aerial / drone photos are best suited for homes that have a lot of wide open property.

Twilight Photography for $200 (approximately 5 photos)
We will take approximately 5 exterior twilight photos. We say approximately because sometimes we can provide an extra twilight photo at no additional charge, and sometimes for particularly difficult-to-photograph houses, we might only be able to provide 3 or 4 twilight photos. In such cases, we will usually reduce the rate we charge you.

$95 for 8 Shots For Houses Already Listed One Month
NOTE: This $95 offer is ONLY available for properties that have been listed in the MLS for AT LEAST ONE MONTH or more, and only for homes that are being sold by a Real Estate Agent in Marin County. This offer is NOT valid for For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties. Travel fees may apply, so please ask about them when you contact us.

Video Services and Pricing

90 Second Standard Video: $450
Our most popular video package, this is a a good video tour for more modest homes, such as a typical 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home. Our videos are provided to you in Full HD and designed to work well on computers, tablets, laptops and phones. Includes Royalty Free music, as well as basic titles and graphics. Please provide us with your logo or any other branding you want incorporated in the video so we can include it.

120 Second Standard Video: $575
Up to two-minute long video allows for either larger houses than the typical 3 Bed 2 Bath, or for houses where you want to highlight the amenities or views. This 120-second-long video is good if you have a well appointed kitchen or you want to highlight the fireplace and certain other features.

180 Second Standard Video: $725
A three-minute-long video For larger properties that might have either a few extra bedrooms, or a couple of en suite baths, or more amenities and views or other features you want to highlight.

Add On Video Services:

Aerial / Drone Video for $200
Approximately 15 seconds of aerial / drone footage of the property. Please note that we must be mindful of the privacy rights of neighbors, and that it is illegal to fly directly over people (who are not indoors) or over moving vehicles. Please note that this price includes video only at the property or the IMMEDIATE area adjacent to the property. There would be additional fees for aerial video of the neighboring area.

Agent Cameo or Voice Over for $180
We can either shoot video of you “presenting” the home, or record just the audio of you doing  a voice over of the features of the home, all while maintaining social distancing protocols and following safety guidelines.

Spotlight Show for $90
Up to 15 Still Photos made in to a video slideshow approximately one-minute long to highlight the best parts of a property. Includes Royalty Free music and can include your branding.
